Expected Outcomes
Because of efforts taken in all three phases, marriage will be recognized again as an important institution in the community.  Married couples in the parish will develop a more positive relationship view of themselves.  There will be a decrease of the sense of isolation married couples experience when in disillusionment.  Generally, there will be a greater sense of marital well-being.  This effort will enhance the public dimension of marriage, i.e., couples consciously mirroring the sacramental nature of their relationships to other couples and the broader community.  There will be more stability in family life in the community.
With greater stability in the family, an increase in  stewardship in the parish is a logical consequence.  There will be more male participation in parish ministries.  ("Where there is a sacramental, functional marriage, there also is an empowered male.")
